Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the EXEPERT website and EXEPERT AI Lab, operated by Akmal Alif under the EXEPERT AI brand.
Effective 7 September 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using EXEPERT AI Lab, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Product description
EXEPERT provides multi-model chat, system-observability views, prompt tools, journals, simulations, and experimental research features. Features, supported models, and availability may change.
3. Experimental output
AI and research outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. EXEPERT does not represent experimental visualisations or hypotheses as proof of general intelligence. Verify important output independently and do not rely on it as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
4. Accounts and guest sessions
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Guest features may create an anonymous session tied to the current browser. Anonymous data may not be recoverable when browser storage is cleared or the service hostname changes.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt it, evade access controls, obtain another user's data, misuse provider resources, distribute malware, or submit content you lack authority to process.
6. Third-party services
EXEPERT depends on hosting, authentication, routing, and AI model providers. Their availability and terms may affect individual features. Your use of a selected provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms.
7. Intellectual property
EXEPERT software, branding, and site content are owned by Akmal Alif, operating under the EXEPERT AI brand, or their respective licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant the permissions needed to process it for the requested service.
8. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular use.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Akmal Alif, as operator of EXEPERT AI, is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them as the product changes; continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their published effective date.
